Hello!

A headshot photograph of Jessica in black and white. She is standing outside and is wearing a duffle coat. She has medium length blonde hair and she is smiling at the camera.

My name is Jessica and I am a freelance Creative Project Manager, VA (virtual assistant) and writer based in Lincolnshire. After working in the charity sector and creative industry for the past 10 years, I know that everyone’s time is overstretched – there are never enough hours to do everything and often it’s the elements that make projects stand out that fall by the wayside. And that’s where I come in!

I am here to help you organise your creative projects and events, sort out your administrative systems, design and manage your communications – the sort of things that can easily drop to the bottom of to-do lists whilst living hectic lives. I also provide digital accessibility services and mentoring for disabled people to help them access online tools for their business. My services are mainly provided remotely and put together in a package that suits you – anything from occasional help with a specific issue to a day or more help a week.

I am particularly passionate about creative projects and charitable causes – I’ve previously founded my own arts charity (Ingeenium), run a long term children’s event program for the Sickle Cell Society, helped coordinate community choirs, retreats, events and concerts and stage managed over 25 productions across the UK and USA . I’ve been a school and arts administrator, a PA to a Head Teacher and have planned and run workshops in hospices, libraries, SEN schools and retirement homes. Through my work I have developed strong organisational skills, second-to-none communication and a whole host of administrative tricks and tips, especially in regard to data and design. I am patient, dedicated and a meticulously hard worker.

Alongside my management and administration work I also run poetry organisation Growing Poetry

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
